Refresh the Stream – Try refreshing the stream or restarting the app to see if it resolves the issue. 4. Restart Your Device – Sometimes, a quick device reboot can fix playback problems. 5. Q: What Should I Do If I’ve Pressed Play and the Stream Is Taking a While to Start?

A: If you’ve pressed the play button and it’s taking a while to start, don’t worry—this can happen as the network adjusts to your internet speed. Try the following: 1. Be Patient – The stream may take a few seconds to adjust to your connection. 2. Check Your Internet – See our minimum requirements. Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi or cellular connection. Slow speeds can cause delays. 3. Refresh the Stream – Exit the player and reopen it to see if it loads faster. 4. Restart Your Device – Sometimes a quick reboot helps improve performance.
