FreeTV publishes this privacy statement to inform our customers of our policies regarding privacy. The information provided herein represents our policy regarding the collection and dissemination of information for our web application.

If you subscribe to our paid service (subscription services), we will collect information related to your payment method (such as credit or debit card data securely processed by our payment processors), billing address, transaction history, and subscription renewals. This information is necessary to process your payments and manage your subscription.
We only collect information from you while you use the application. We collect information about you and your use of our service, your interactions with us and our advertising, as well as information about the device used to access our service (for example, and to the extent available, game systems, smart TVs, mobile devices, and set-top boxes). Your activity on the FreeTV service, such as title selections, viewing history, and search queries; device identification or other unique identifiers; device and software features (such as type and configuration); connection information; page visit statistics; referral URL; IP address (which may tell us your general location); standard browser and web server log information.
b. Details of your interactions with the Customer Service, such as the date, time, and reason for contacting us; transcripts of any chat conversations; and if you call us, your phone number and recordings of calls from using the customer service.
c. Information collected through the use of cookies, web beacons, and other technologies, including advertising data (such as information about the availability and delivery of advertisements, site URL, as well as date and time). See our Cookies and Internet Advertising section for more details.
We store your information in an encrypted database on our servers. It is retained for the purpose of providing you with a more valuable experience during the use of the application and our website for as long as you continue to use the application or our website.
We may supplement the information described above with information we obtain from other sources, including online and offline data providers ("Service Providers"). Such supplementary information may include demographic data, interest-based data, and Internet browsing behavior.

For users residing in the European Union, FREETV informs that the processing of personal data is subject to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR). Free TV Latinoamérica, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter "FREETV"), in its capacity as controller of personal data, makes available to you this Privacy Notice in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the "Law") and its Regulations.
To fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, FREETV may collect and process the following categories of personal data: identification data; contact data; employment data; tax data; financial and patrimonial data; data on legal representation; data on commercial transactions; access and security data.
