FREETV Privacy Policy (the “Agreement”)

1. Introduction and Implied Agreement to Privacy Policy:

• Welcome to FreeTV (the "App") provided by Olympusat, LLC. ("Olympusat"). FREETV and/or its affiliates provide the App features to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or use features from this App, you expressly accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future service or business via a link from the App, you also will be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements ("Third Party Terms") applicable to such service or business. If these conditions set forth herein are inconsistent with such Third Party Terms, the Third Party Terms will control. For absence of doubt, by using this App, and any of its affiliated websites and/or subdomains, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

2. FREETV – Privacy Statement:

• FreeTV is posting this privacy statement to inform our customers of our policies with regards to privacy. The information provided here gives our policy regarding gathering and dissemination of information for our webApp.

• When you visit FREETV or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by posting notices on this App, or by e-mail in response to you. By registering an account with FREETV (which is optional) and using the App, you expressly agree to allow FREETV to communicate with you electronically about your account as well as news and information about FREETV.

• Information when you choose to provide reviews or ratings, taste preferences, account settings to the extent applicable, set preferences in your account to the extent applicable, or otherwise provide information to us through our service or elsewhere.

5. Information We Collect Automatically:

• We only collect information from you while using the app. We collect information about you and your use of our service, your interactions with us and our advertising, as well as information regarding your device used to access our service (such as and to the extent available, gaming systems, smart TVs, mobile devices, and set top boxes). This information includes:

  a. Your activity on the FreeTV service, such as title selections, watch history and search queries; device IDs or other unique identifiers, device and software characteristics (such as type and configuration), connection information, statistics on page views, referral URLs, IP address (which may tell us your general location), browser and standard web server log information

  b. Details of your email interactions with Customer Service, such as the date, time and reason for contacting us

  c. Information collected via the use of cookies, web beacons and other technologies, including ad data (such as information on the availability and delivery of ads, the site URL, as well as the date and time). See our Cookies and Internet Advertising section for more details.

  We store your information in an encrypted data base on our servers. It is retained for the purpose of providing you a more valuable experience while using the app and our website for so long as you continue to use the App or our website.

• We might supplement the information described above with information we obtain from other sources, including from both online and offline data providers ("Service Providers"). Such supplemental information could include demographic data, interest based data, and Internet browsing behavior.

8. Retention of Information:

• If any personal information (such as email address, gender, DOB, state, zip code, country of residence, etc.) is obtained from visitors to the App, it will not be sold or shared with any third party except for purposes of directing targeted advertising to you as further described below and without requiring additional permission from you, which is granted by your acceptance of the Terms of Use when you registered and as further described herein the Privacy Statement. In some situations, we may be legally obligated to disclose information about you to the government or other third parties. If asked or required by law, we may release information about you to law enforcement, government or officers of the court if we believe it is necessary or appropriate to investigate or resolve potential problems or inquiries. FREETV gathers information about its visitors in the following ways, and to the extent applicable, if at all:

a. App statistics, including, but not limited to, the capture of IP addresses, browser type, operating system used, and Internet cookies, that provide both aggregated non-personally identifiable information, as well as information that may allow us to identify you personally.

b. Contest Registration forms to the extent applicable.

c. Newsletters and mailing lists.

• We capture your IP address when you use the App to assist with the diagnosis of problems with our server and for purposes of targeted advertising.

  Contest Registration forms on our App require users to give us contact information including addresses and email addresses. Customer contact information from the registration forms may be used to send information about our company and its products. This information is also used to contact you if necessary.

  Children: FREETV does not knowingly collect personal information, including contact information, from children under the age of 16.

9. Aggregate Information:

• We may share information in aggregated form with vendors, partners and other third parties (such as Nielsen or other audience measurement companies, movie studios, cable, satellite and telco companies and social media platforms) for their own purposes, such as to analyze usage of particular items of content, including how often a particular film was streamed or how much of a particular film was watched.

10. Your Data Protection Rights:

• FreeTV would like to make sure that you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

1. The right to access: You have the right to request copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

2. The right to rectification: You have the right to request we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You may also request we complete any information you believe is incomplete.

3. The right to erasure: You have the right to request that we erase personal data, under certain conditions.

4. The right to restrict processing: You have the right to request we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain circumstances.

• If you make a request, we have 30 business days to respond to you. If you would like to exercise this right, please write to legal@freetv.com.

11. California — Your California Privacy Rights:

• Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California can obtain certain information about the types of personal information that companies with whom they have an established business relationship have shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. In particular, the law provides that companies must inform consumers about the categories of personal information that have been shared with third parties, the names and addresses of those third parties, and examples of the types of services or products marketed by those third parties. To request a copy of the information disclosure provided by FreeTV pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, please contact us at legal@freetv.com . Please allow 30 days for a response.

  We encourage you to periodically check back and review these policies, so that you always will know what information we collect, how we use it, and with whom we share it. We will not notify you of any changes to this Privacy Policy directly in the App.
