A: We enforce a very strict review process of all of the content available on the website and via applications. This process includes our staff of multiple viewers watching the cartoon (or clip or trailer) in full prior to its final approval on the site. Things we take into consideration: general messages, specific dialogue and implied topics.

Q: How can I remove my child's access to the site?

A: Simply e-mail us and we can disable their access if you wish. We are happy to note, however, that we now offer parental controls on our iOS and Android apps that allow you to limit your child's access to only preschool and educational shows. We are also working on a time management feature that will let you limit your child's viewing to a specific amount of time, such as 15 or 30 minutes per day.

Q: Will children always be able to watch the cartoons for free?

A: YES! A limited amount of cartoons will always be free.

A: It is $1.99 in the U.S.A and Canada, and $0.99 anywhere else. This provides users with an advertisement free experience across any device.

A: You can watch videos by going to a video and clicking the play button that is in the center of the video preview image.

Q: Are there limitations for viewing content when located outside the U.S.A.?

A: Users outside the U.S.A are limited to 3 free video plays and 4 hours of linear streaming per day. Upgrading to our premium subscription removes those limitations, as well as advertisements across the service, and is $0.99 per month outside the U.S.A.

Q: What is the heart button for (Mobile Only)?

A: After creating an account, click on this button to add any video to your list of favorites. Your favorites can be found in "My TG." The Favorites section allows you to get back to videos quickly that you would like to watch again.

A: After creating an account, click on this arrow to begin saving any video into your Toon Box. You can save up to 10 videos here, can be watched without an internet connection, and they will be available for a period of 7 days.

A: The Jump! button plays a recommended video based on the video you are currently watching. This is a great tool for exploring new shows!

Q: What are the buttons at the top of show pages for?

A: The three buttons at the top of the show pages are used to change how the shows are organized. The "Trophy" button organizes shows by popularity. The "Rising Sun" button organizes shows by when they were added to Toon Goggles or updated with new episodes. The "Downward Arrow" button organizes apps by alphabetical order so you can quickly find a show by title.

A: Your child's safety while online is of utmost importance to us. Our site is fully COPPA compliant.
